Exploring Premium Coffee Solutions for a New Workspace
McGill and Partners first connected with Liquidline through a workplace event hosted by Woodhouse Interiors, discussing the future of workplace interior design. Recognising the importance of a refreshment solution that could elevate the office experience, a member of the Liquidline team, invited the McGill and Partners team to the London showroom for a demo visit. There, McGill and Partners learnt more about Liquidline’s premium refreshment options and exchanged insights on transforming coffee culture within the workplace.
In preparing for their move to 40 Leadenhall Street, McGill and Partners wanted a refreshment solution that would be more cost-effective and provide a better experience than their previous Nespresso and Brita machines, which created a fair amount of waste. After evaluating various machines, the Schaerer Soul 12 and Franke models stood out. Liquidline’s team provided an on-site demo of both machines, allowing McGill and Partners’ employees to experience the functionality and quality firsthand while collecting feedback on preferences and ease of use.
Ultimately, McGill and Partners selected five Schaerer Soul 12 machines for their new office, with a customised look featuring Black trim and Stainless Steel, appreciating the machine’s barista-quality output and ease of operation. The machines were installed smoothly in collaboration with Modus, their fit-out partner, ensuring no disruption to the new office layout or the move timeline.
Why Schaerer Soul 12?
The Schaerer Soul 12 was chosen as it offered an experience that aligns perfectly with McGill and Partners’ vision for their new office. This machine brings barista-quality coffee to any workspace, combining innovative technology with a user-friendly design. Each element is meticulously engineered to prepare beverages no different from hand-made barista creations, meeting the high expectations of the McGill and Partners team.
In keeping with Liquidline’s emphasis on customisation, the Soul 12’s trim was adapted from copper to black upon client request to seamlessly match McGill and Partners’ office decor. This attention to detail and willingness to personalise the machines reinforced our commitment to delivering a solution that fully supports the client’s needs.
A Streamlined, Hands-Free Installation with Premium Support
As with all Liquidline projects, the process with McGill and Partners extended beyond just machine installation. Thanks to pre-installation coordination and a solid relationship with the fit-out partner on this project, Modus, Liquidline’s engineers were able to integrate the new coffee machines without complications. The machines came with a premium maintenance plan, offering peace of mind that the refreshment service would remain consistent and dependable.
The dedicated account manager from Liquidline provided an added layer of support by responding promptly to specific needs, such as adjusting milk settings for the machines. Additionally, McGill and Partners received a regular supply of high-quality Café Bonté coffee beans (Milano, Italia, and Platino), as well as cleaning supplies, with easy ordering through our online My Account portal.
With Liquidline’s commitment to providing a one-stop-shop solution and comprehensive support, McGill and Partners now enjoy an optimised refreshment solution backed by a nationwide team of expert engineers and support staff.
